A weekly measurement of which clinics AI assistants actually recommend. Every Thursday we ask ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini 20 neutral client questions about hair transplants in Dubai, and score every clinic on how often — and how prominently — it appears in the valid observed outputs.

SEO gets you onto a list of blue links a client still has to click. This is whether AI assistants name your clinic when a client asks them directly — the answer that now sits upstream of the click. The work of getting named is called Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
A large share of clients already ask ChatGPT, Perplexity or Gemini before choosing a clinic. If the AI never names you, that client has shortlisted someone else before they ever reach your site or your ads.

We read the actual answers AI gives to real questions — not guesses. Every mention needs a verbatim quote from the recorded answer: no quote, no mention. Open any row in the table and you can read the exact evidence.
AI doesn't invent answers — it builds them from sources it trusts: Google reviews, directories, forums, your own site. If those sources don't mention you clearly, the AI can't name you either.
